A covenant is a promise between the human and the divine—preserved in stone so that something might endure beyond death. The cemetery carries that faith in its inscriptions and crosses. Yet the space feels emptied of it. Overgrown vegetation consumes the graves.

After The Covenant is an atmospheric short film shot at CSI St. Thomas Church Cemetery, Ooty, Tamil Nadu. Built in 1870 overlooking Ooty Lake, this is a colonial-era British church and cemetery.
